Delores Deluxe, leader of The Kitten Club is teaming up with House of Burlesque to bring you some fantastic classes and courses over the next few months Whether you're an everyday bombshell or a blossoming burlesque starlet The House of Burlesque has something for you. Burlesque Teaser
Come and be introduced to the sensual art of Burlesque!

Learn to sashay like a star, twirl those tassels and go home with a little teaser of your own! This fun session will give you a taster of everything from the rich history of burlesque, drawing out your inner diva, to teaching you how to move your body in an elegant and feminine way.  Each class also includes a costume show and tell of authentic burlesque items, and are all taught by a genuine industry star.

There is no nudity involved and guests are asked to bring a pair of heels and wear clothing they can move and feel good in. Corsets, gloves and accessories are always encouraged and boas, garters, and tassels will be available to purchase on the day or in advance. 

The teaser takes place at Escape Bar in Soho, 10 Brewer Street.

Each session is 1.5 hours long and costs £25. When booking you must note the date you wish to attend in the special request box.

Saturday classes run from 3.30pm – 5pm and Mondays run from 7pm – 8.30pm. The venue will be open from 3pm Saturdays  and 6.30pm on Mondays for you if you wish  to arrive early and enjoy a drink before the session begins.

Brand New Weekend Intensive Course!
Indulge yourself in more burlesque fun and learn to truly bring out your inner femme fatale!

After the successful launch of our four-week course House of Burlesque is thrilled to bring you a  weekend condensed beginners course! Over two days you will cover everything from movement and choreography to creating your alter ego and learning the basics of styling. You'll also go through a costuming show and tell with top of the line professional costumes, learn a routine you can take home, and as always it's all taught by genuine burlesque stars! This is a fantastic opportunity to indulge your inner diva and revel in being glamorous for a fantastic funfilled weekend.

There is no nudity involved and guests are asked to bring a pair of heels and wear clothing they can move and feel good in.  Our new London Weekend intensive takes place during the day times on Saturday and Sunday -  each participant gets a pair of nipple tassles and a feather boa to get you started.

House of Burlesque Ltd is run by Tempest Rose - international, award winning burlesque artist and producer. She has produced over four sell-out shows including the award-winning Circus Burlesque at the prestigious Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh, performed and toured all over the globe - including appearing at the world famous Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas alongside legends such as Tempest Storm, Satan's Angel and Catherine D'Lish. Tempest has worked for top corporpate clients and made several appearances on television including Channel 4, ITV2, MTV and BBC3.

Boost your body confidence with Burlesque Star Delores Deluxe

Studies show that women are up to ten times more likely to have a negative body image than men. This is unsurprising when you consider how much emphasis is placed on the 'thin is beautiful' message in today's media.  Celebrity magazines constantly bombard us with unflattering images of women, badly photographed, emblazoned with vicious tag lines of how they have gained or lost weight and therefore failing to live up to this ridiculous and un-natural body ideal that society deems acceptable.

Us ladies of burlesque are here to help! We do not endorse any of this awfulness. Our industry is made up of women of all body types, shapes and sizes, all of them equally fabulous, sexy and successful with no sense of competition or ideal.

This workshop will look at the way we see ourselves and challenge how we feel about our bodies. We will be encouraging positive body image by  focussing on the things we do like, learning to accept the things we don't and how we can make the most of what we have, regardless of size or shape to begin to accept ourselves as truly unique, beautiful and sexy... with a little burlesque twist!
